As an entrepreneur, veteran, and almost 20 years of Executive Leadership in Fortune 50 companies, Phil has led and built global response centers of various sizes, technological infrastructures, global managed services teams, administrative manufacturing teams, logistics divisions, and developed as well as implemented cost-saving solutions; Phil has a broad background. Having used staffing agencies throughout his career, he has a unique understanding of what it is like to be the client, and how important it is to identify the right candidate, the first time!
